Shipping is available within New Zealand. Orders are sent via CourierPost and include tracking. All shipments are marked R18 and require signature on delivery.

Orders over $50 NZD: No shipping charge
Standard shipping: $5.50 NZD
Rural delivery surcharge: $4.00 NZD

The first option would be to call the couriers who can give you more information, look into it if the driver has left your package without a signature, or inform you that there have been delays in your area. The number to call is on your order confirmation email
All orders received before 3pm are shipped in the same day. If you live rurally you could expect for packages to take 1-3 business days, depending on your area. Although we control the despatching, the couriers control the delivery
NZVAPOR ships to many parts of the world. Sadly we can no longer ship to Australia, however if your country does not show in the list when entering your shipping information please contact sales@nzvapor.co.nz and we will advise if we can ship to you
Typical shipping Times
NZVAPOR are proud to ship our packages with Courier Post (NZ). We have found Courier Post to be the most cost effective and efficient solution for us and our clients.
To ensure packages reach the intended recipient; all movements are tracked. Although you are able to receive a tracking number upon request, full tracking will not be available until it has entered each of the courier systems and will be emailed to the address stated on the order.
