Shipping is available within New Zealand. Orders are sent via CourierPost and include tracking. All shipments are marked R18 and require signature on delivery.

The first option would be to call the couriers who can give you more information, look into it if the driver has left your package without a signature, or inform you that there have been delays in your area. The number to call is on your order confirmation email
All orders received before 3pm are shipped in the same day. If you live rurally you could expect for packages to take 1-3 business days, depending on your area. Although we control the despatching, the couriers control the delivery

Typical shipping Times
NZVAPOR are proud to ship our packages with Courier Post (NZ). We have found Courier Post to be the most cost effective and efficient solution for us and our clients.
To ensure packages reach the intended recipient; all movements are tracked. Although you are able to receive a tracking number upon request, full tracking will not be available until it has entered each of the courier systems and will be emailed to the address stated on the order.
