When placing an order with us, it is important that you know the shipping rules. Please read the information below that relates to your situation and how you would like for your shipment to get to you. Everyone has their own situation so please read carefully.
IMPORTANT FOR AUSTRALIA – PLEASE READ
WHAT IS ACTUALLY ACCEPTED BY FREIGHTERS
Our freighting partners will accept actual prescriptions only. Unfortunately DHL will not accept QR codes or letters from doctors. If you are uploading a prescription please ensure you are uploading the actual prescription and not the attached letters and/or QR codes. This is a requirement from the freighting companies and Australian Boarder Force – not us.
NICOTINE DELIVERIES TO AUSTRALIA – PRICING
If items that have been purchased contain nicotine and the order is not accompanied by a prescription upload; the shipping type will automatically revert to standard shipping, regardless of what option has been selected by the user. Standard shipping may have a different price to the Express option. Any price difference in shipping will not be refundable. NZVAPOR reserve the right to make this change as required.
IF YOU DO NOT ATTACH A PRESCRIPTION
If an order that contains nicotine is being sent to Australia it should have a prescription attached, or at minimum available on request from the Australian Boarder Force. If you do not attach a prescription to your order, or have one available – NZVAPOR will not be responsible for penalties or destruction of your package.
Nicotine free orders do not require a prescription.
GUARANTEED EXPRESS DELIVERY TO AUSTRALIA – DHL
All orders containing nicotine must be accompanied by a real and valid prescription upload, using the file uploader on the nzvapor.com website. EXPRESS / GUARANTEED orders are sent through DHL with signature required. If the consignment is changed to ATL or if the customer alters the shipment in any way after the consignment has been collected by DHL; the guarantee will not apply.
FREE EXPRESS SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA – DHL
All orders over the value of $150 NZD (including gst) can be shipped to Australia via DHL EXPRESS, free of charge. These orders will still need a prescription attached. If there is no prescription attached the order will need to be sent via STANDARD shipping. Delivery can be expected between 2 and 3 working days (+ 2 days for rural).
STANDARD SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA
All orders over $50 NZD (including gst) will be shipped free of charge to the customer via TOLL. Delivery can be expected between 5 and 10 working days.
STANDARD SHIPPING TO NZ
NZVAPOR are proud to ship all NZ orders through Courier Post. All orders over $40 (including gst) will be shipped free of charge to the customer. Delivery can be expected between 1 and 3 working days.
All orders are despatched daily from NZVAPOR’s warehouse. Once the order leaves our warehouse all control of the consignments move to the couriers.
In the odd occasion, a customer lives outside of the ‘normal’ delivery areas of our shipping agents, packages may be passed to Forwarders for delivery. This may result in a small delay in delivery and your tracking may show prematurely as being ‘delivered’. In this instance, contact with the delivery agent can be made to clarify the location of your order.
From time to time (generally in seasons like Christmas) the couriers can become overwhelmed and customers can experience some delays. It is important to understand that in these situations ALL couriers are in the same boat. NZVAPOR are not able to follow up direct with couriers and we recommend that you contact the couriers for assistance, to ensure you are given first hand information.
