All AUSTRALIAN orders are tracked

All orders sent to Australia are tracked using TOLL or DHL (depending on which service you have chosen). Standard shipping is approx. 4-7 business days slower than express, depending on where you are, so if you are using the STANDARD option please stay a few days ahead!

Same day dispatch

We pride ourselves on a same day dispatch policy on all orders placed before 3pm each day Mon-Fri. This schedule may vary slightly during extremely busy times such as sales events and holidays. In most cases your products will be shipped immediately during business hours.

Shipping Delays

In the odd occasion, a customer lives outside of the ‘normal’ delivery areas of our shipping agents, packages may be passed to Forwarders for delivery. This may result in a small delay in delivery and your tracking may show prematurely as being ‘delivered’. In this instance, contact with the delivery agent can be made to clarify the location of your order.

From time to time (generally in seasons like Christmas) the couriers can become overwhelmed and customers can experience some delays. It is important to understand that in these situations ALL couriers are in the same boat. NZVAPOR are not able to follow up direct with couriers and we recommend that you contact the couriers for assistance, to ensure you are given first hand information.

Q: I haven’t received my tracking information – How do I find it?
A: Check your junk mail folder, searching for NZVAPOR. If it doesn’t show there you can contact
Q: What do I do if I haven’t received my order or my order says it has been delivered, but it hasn’t?
A: The first option would be to call the couriers who can give you more information, look into it if the driver has left your package without a signature, or inform you that there have been delays in your area. The number to call is on your order confirmation email
Q: I am using toll and my tracking on their website shows as ‘not valid’. Now what? 
A: Toll packages are first collected by First Global Logistics, then (when they enter Australia) they are passed on to Toll Australia. Once packages are with Toll the tracking will be updated
Q: Why can’t I upload my prescription?

A: Our file uploader requires has to work with certain parameters, e.g. file types and file sizes. If your file wont upload and you can’t figure out why, feel free to place the order and email your script to We can upload this for you. If you are using DHL the file will need to be uploaded at the time of order, so feel free to CONTACT US during working hours and we will gladly help 

Typical shipping Times

NZVAPOR are proud to ship our packages with Courier Post (NZ) & our Australian freight partners are TOLL and DHL. We have found all parties to be the most cost effective and efficient solution for us and our clients.

To ensure packages reach the intended recipient; all movements are tracked. Although you are able to receive a tracking number upon request, full tracking will not be available until it has entered each of the courier systems and will be emailed to the address stated on the order.
