Check your junk mail folder, searching for NZVAPOR. If it doesn’t show there you can contact sales@nzvapor.co.nz

What do I do if I haven’t received my order or my order says it has been delivered, but it hasn’t?

The first option would be to call the couriers who can give you more information, look into it if the driver has left your package without a signature, or inform you that there have been delays in your area. The number to call is on your order confirmation email

I live in a rural area. How long will my order take to be delivered?

All orders received before 3pm are shipped in the same day. If you live rurally you could expect for packages to take 1-3 business days, depending on your area. Although we control the despatching, the couriers control the delivery
