I smoked a pack a day for 20 years. I hate to think about the damage I did to my body and the money I spent through those years.
Looking back, I realise now that I was sick. Not sick like I had a cold or a virus, but sick like my body had slowly, silently degenerated over the years.

Could vaping in NZ be the answer?
3 years ago the government put a plan in place to stub all smoking out by 2025, but recent reports have shown NZ is way off target.
Each year around 12,500 people successfully quit smoking, but to reach the target we need about 35,000 to kick the habit each year... A massive shortfall.
The Ministry of Health has now conceded that the national target of being smokefree by 2025 will not be met without a massive shakeup of funding for anti-tobacco groups... They want MORE MONEY???!!!

The anti-smoking activists and public health officials that are questioning the usefulness of electronic cigarettes in reducing tobacco-related disease
They often talk as if the content of the aerosol generated by these newfangled contraptions are utterly mysterious, are making misleading and disingenuous statements.
E-cigarettes are much healthier than cigarettes, that is a well known fact. So why are we facing so many road blocks?
Why are the governments sitting on the fence about vaping? What will happen when they realise we have genuinely found a product that can be a full replacement to cigarettes, but they have made it hard for smokers who have used ecigarettes to quit smoking?
