I smoked a pack a day for 20 years. I hate to think about the damage I did to my body and the money I spent through those years.
Looking back, I realise now that I was sick. Not sick like I had a cold or a virus, but sick like my body had slowly, silently degenerated over the years.
If more kids are taking on e-cigarettes instead of smoking, that's kinda good and kinda bad.
Its good because they are not smoking, but its bad because although vaping has very low negative health effects, we still don't want the young ones to take it up. Here's an idea though...
