If, for what ever reason you are not entirely happy an e-cig or e-liquid that you have purchased from us in the last 30 days you can return them for a full refund. No questions asked.

The whole guarantee has been based around customer satisfaction, so even if you decide the colour is not for you, we’ll take it back and give your money back. Easy.

We are pretty excited about this. The program allows potential customers to have a go, free from risk of being stuck with something that doesn’t suit them.
